Come down to our Zante Tickets Shop and meet your Ultimate Package reps, who will exchange your e-ticket for all your event tickets for the week.

We present to you, probably the most iconic DJ Duo on the Island – Switch Disco. They have been working together for over 10 years so with their experience they never fail to bring out the hangers and get the crowd going Switch Disco’s mashups are unexpected but are really something to behold. Head down to Sizzle club on Thursday nights to catch these two do what they do best!
UNCHARTED BOAT PARTY
Strap yourself in and join us onboard the best boat party in Zante! The best day of your holiday is guaranteed! A massive 420-person capacity, 3 of Zante’s best resident DJs play anything and everything the crowd wants on a state-of-the-art sound system. As you arrive you will be greeted by the hosts, FREE shots and our resident DJs who will be blowing the roof off the place.

With Zante’s hottest house DJs and a few special guest DJs thrown in the mix, this is an event that you don’t want to miss!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the Ultimate Package available in resort?
This Package is not available in resort. Some of the events can be purchased in resort but as you will see from the savings calculator they are much more expensive. Several events Sell out in advance so always pre book your event tickets.
If I have any questions who can I contact?

Where do I come to with my e-ticket and remaining balance?
You will receive a text and email a few days before you arrive from your rep who will tell you where to meet.
What happens after I buy the package online?
Please see above in our four step diagram.
Do I pay the remaining balance in pounds or Euros?
This is optional. If you wish to finish the transaction in Sterling please make sure you take currency with you. Alternatively you can pay in euros- This will be calculated by the exchange rate. I.e £50 is €56
My first event is booked for the night I arrive. How will I get my tickets for this?
If you have booked on for an event that evening just drop us a message and we can either meet you at the main ticket office or we may be able to drop the tickets off to you at your hotel if you have paid in full.
If I was not able to attend Zante would I be able to receive a refund?
As soon as we receive your funds we use them to go and purchase your event tickets from the various companies who run the events. This means we are unable to refund you any money you have given us.
Do I need to print my e-ticket off or can I have it saved on my phone?
Either Print out or show on phone is fine.
What happens if I lose one of my tickets?
Unfortunately we cannot replace lost tickets as we have to pay for each ticket we give out. Some tickets are barcoded so we can replace those as long as they have not been scanned into the event.
What happens if I miss an event?
If you miss an event we will always try and arrange for you to go on another day. Please get in touch with one of our reps in this instance.
