HOW THE ULTIMATE PACKAGE WORKS
Step 1
Book your Ultimate Package securely online, with only a deposit.
(balance due when you arrive in resort)
Step 2
Print off your order confirmation (or save on your phone) and bring it to Kavos.
Step 3
Come down to our Kavos Tickets Shop and meet your Ultimate Package reps, who will exchange your e-ticket for all your event tickets for the week.
Step 4
Get your Kavos 2023 VIP wristbands on and start enjoying discounted drinks and VIP offers straight away!

Join us on Mondays at our FREE pool party, we will have a live DJ playing the best tunes to get the party started, it’s going to be busy so get booking, fast!

SANDSTORM BOAT PARTY
The ultimate day event! Think of it as a floating nightclub in the middle of the day! Stopping off at Kalama island to sunbathe, play some drinking games and have a delicious BBQ including chicken, Greek salad, Tzatziki, bread & plenty of local Wine/soft drinks! After lunch we head to the famous Blue Lagoon where you will stay for some swimming and Champagne Diving. The last destination is the “Greek Caves” where we will party on the boat with our DJs and host and have a “Rave in the Cave”.
SANDSTORM BEACH PARTY
has always been the most popular event in Kavos and this summer it’s back and bigger than ever! This open air festival themed night held at the famous Island Beach Club will be bringing you the hottest DJ’s across the planet for Live sets Complete with world-class entertainment including fireworks, flairs and live dancers. Acts previously performed @ SANDSTORM include MK, CALVIN HARRIS, PAUL VAN DYK, HANNAH WANTS,DUKE DUMONT,OTTO KNOWS and the chart topping SOLARDO.
JORDAN DAVIES POOL PARTY
Brand new for 2023, Every Sunday, Jordan Davies best known from the weekender will be DJ-ing at our VIP pool party, hosted at Island Beach club.
UK REUNION
Join us back in the UK when the season is over for a HUGE party reunion! Consisting of big name DJs (TBA) party games and much more, nobody wants to miss out on the biggest party of the year.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the Ultimate Package available in resort?
This Package is not available in resort. Some of the events can be purchased in resort but as you will see from the savings calculator they are much more expensive. Several events Sell out in advance so always pre book your event tickets.

Where do I come to with my e-ticket and remaining balance?
You will receive a text and email a few days before you arrive from your rep who will tell you where to meet.
What happens after I buy the package online?
Please see above in our four step diagram.
Do I pay the remaining balance in pounds or Euros?
This is optional. If you wish to finish the transaction in Sterling please make sure you take currency with you. Alternatively you can pay in euros- This will be calculated by the exchange rate. I.e £50 is €56
My first event is booked for the night I arrive. How will I get my tickets for this?
If you have booked on for an event that evening just drop us a message and we can either meet you at the main ticket office or we may be able to drop the tickets off to you at your hotel if you have paid in full.
If I was not able to attend Kavos would I be able to receive a refund?
As soon as we receive your funds we use them to go and purchase your event tickets from the various companies who run the events. This means we are unable to refund you any money you have given us.
Do I need to print my e-ticket off or can I have it saved on my phone?
Either Print out or show on phone is fine.
What happens if I lose one of my tickets?
Unfortunately we cannot replace lost tickets as we have to pay for each ticket we give out. Some tickets are barcoded so we can replace those as long as they have not been scanned into the event.
What happens if I miss an event?
If you miss an event we will always try and arrange for you to go on another day. Please get in touch with one of our reps in this instance.
