Learn how to ride quad bikes and cruise around in the sunshine, throughout the mountains near the beaches! What a feeling! This is extra helpful if you’re hotel is off the main strip or if it’s to hot to walk in the sun! You can ride a quad by yourself or you can have one passenger with you so there is no need for one each and you can share with your friends. GO KARTS
Kart Land Malia is the hottest go kart track on the island. The go kart track is open every day of the summer and is open from 9am until 11pm there’s no excuse not to fit it in to your Malia holiday. The track is well maintained and conforms to European standards. The go karts are very quick with 200cc engines! Aqua Plus Water Park is one of the top things to do in Malia. Compare this to Star beach and Water City to choose which water park is right for you.All water parks have plenty of water slides and facilities to keep you entertained for at least 3 hours. CLIFF DIVING
If you go cliff diving in and around Malia It is essential to check the depth of the water first! It can be fatal if you jump in to shallow water. Please ensure that you check the depth of the water and get the advice from the locals as to where you should try. There are high cliffs in Crete ranging from 2m up to 10 metres for all levels of cliff diving. Please do your research first!
MALIA BEACHES
Malia is home to some of the best beaches in Crete. If you want to drink cocktails on a busy beach try Bikini beach or Malia Rocks. If you want something a bit more relaxing and a truly natural beauty then head to Potomos Beach which is one of the best beaches in Crete
AQUA WORLD AQUARIUM AND RETILE PARK
This is part zoo part rescue centre for marine and amphibious life. Here you can hold snakes, touch bearded dragons and look at the huge array of fish in warm water tanks. The park is only small but is rated number one thing to do on Trip advisor in Crete.
STAR BEACH BUNGEE JUMP
You can bungee jump at Star beach above the water at Star Beach. This is a must do for any thrill seeker! The bungee jump is fully trusted with health and safety compliance so if you feel like jumping in at the deep end give it a go!
